Certain units have a seating area where you can truly relax after a busy day. It just makes you feel right at home. The provided bathrooms with showers are a great touch. It's so convenient to have everything you need in one place. The larger air-conditioned rooms are fantastic. They have a seating area, a cable TV, and a refrigerator. It's like having your own little paradise. Every room comes with a TV with cable channels. It's perfect for unwinding and catching up on your favorite shows. I loved finding a kettle in the room. It was a small but thoughtful detail that made me feel welcome.
I personally didn't enjoy the en suite bathroom in the air-conditioned room. Others might still find it convenient, though.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Old City. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist me. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the convenience of having a restaurant on-site, with great food at reasonable prices. Additionally, the hotel was centrally located, making it easy for me to explore the city and visit nearby restaurants, bars, and attractions. it was a wonderful experience.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

Central Backpackers House offered various recreational opportunities during my stay, ensuring that there was never a dull moment. The rooftop pool provided a refreshing break from the bustling city, while the on-site gym allowed me to maintain my fitness routine. the hotel's bike rental service allowed me to explore the surrounding area at my own pace, immersing myself in the local culture.
The shower pressure in our room on the third floor was not as strong as I would have liked.

I wanted to visit the Chiang Mai City Arts and Cultural Centre, so I chose Central Backpackers House for its convenient location. But I was pleasantly surprised by the laundry facilities provided by the hotel. It was very convenient to have this option available during my stay. , I enjoyed trying the local cuisine at the restaurants near the property.
Just a fan room gets fairly hot, but still bearable. Wifi occasionally cuts out, but didn't bother us much as we were mostly out exploring.

I had a great stay at Central Backpackers House, and I highly recommend it. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the old city with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room I stayed in was cute and functional, with strategically placed shelves to keep my belongings. I appreciated the multiple plug points and the electric kettle provided. Despite being next to a boxing stadium, I was pleasantly surprised that noise at night was never a problem, ensuring a good night's sleep. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

The restaurant and free Wi-Fi are great, especially when you need to post about how amazing your trip is on Instagram. The location is also convenient for all the cultural stuff, if you're into that kind of thing.
Who needs an elevator anyway? Climbing stairs is such a fun workout, especially when you're carrying all your luggage.

Great location near bustling streets with lots of cafes, restaurants, and markets. Tuktuks readily available. Friendly staff and owner. Restaurant below serves delicious Thai and Western food. Spacious rooms with ample storage space. Noise from the bar and Thai boxing arena below was not heard in the room. Helpful staff even assisted in finding alternative accommodation when fully booked.
Felt truly looked after, nothing was too much trouble.
